We have some exciting news to share from our QI team! Due to popular demand, we are bringing back our free Lean Six Sigma White Belt training to all interested members of child and youth mental health and addictions agencies across Ontario.
We are offering three separate, live virtual training opportunities over the coming months. You can choose one training option (see dates below) consisting of 2 half days each:
Wednesday and Thursday, August 28-29, 2024 - from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m.
At the end of the training, participants will be able to:
Describe the history, the basic principles and the methodologies of Lean Six Sigma.
Summarize the five step Define-Measure-Analyze-Improve-Control (DMAIC) improvement process.
Use common tools to identify improvement opportunities and make meaningful improvements in their work.
Please note that spaces are limited to a maximum of 16 participants per session and will be available on a first come, first-served basis.
