Perceived collaboration

Measure is designed to assess the levels of collaboration perceived by grant partner organizations and programs.

Measure can be used to understand the perceptions that partner organizations or programs have toward their collaboration with each other. It can be used to inform discussions and decisions related to collaborative efforts of partners involved in a grant.

Level of collaboration can be represented by calculating a mean score across all grant partners, by utilizing raw data, or by summarizing various perceived levels of collaboration. Areas identifying differing levels of perceived collaboration between partners can be used to inform focus points of collaboration.

Measure was tested for reliability and stability at four different times using four samples of participants from a local evaluation taking place by the authors. The samples included 2, 9, 8, and 9 participants throughout three years.

Authors report evidence of 1-month test-retest reliability across four different samples as ranging from .81-.85.

Authors report evidence of construct validity.
