We’re thrilled to welcome 7 new teams from across the province into our Quest cohort 5—each one ready to level up their organizational processes and spark meaningful change. Over the next year, these teams will work closely with the Knowledge Institute’s QI coaches, learning from one another, building their QI expertise, and strengthening a culture of continuous quality improvement (CQI) within their organizations.
Our QI coaches are also kicking things off with several in-person agency visits—because nothing accelerates progress quite like rolling up our sleeves and working face-to-face with project teams.
This cohort features a dynamic mix of projects—ranging from improving and coordinating data for decision making to strengthening client services, engagement, and organizational systems. Their diversity is their strength, and we can’t wait to see how their work evolves!
We’re energized to support these teams as they move through their QI journey. Follow along for updates on their progress and discover how they’re driving innovation to improve mental health, addictions and substance use health outcomes for young people and their families.
