Accepting applications for our quality improvement program

We’re excited to share that the call for proposals is now open for Quest — our quality improvement (QI) program.

Quest is one way we support child and youth mental health and addictions agencies deliver high-quality services. Offered free of charge, through Quest, we equip agencies with the tools and skills they need to:

• build capacity for QI.
• foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• lead future improvement initiatives with confidence.

For this call, we’re looking for projects that will help agencies run better and improve outcomes for clients and staff.

Throughout the program, we’ll be offering agencies an array of supports such as tailored, team-based coaching, free CHEO-certified Lean Six Sigma Yellow and White Belt training and up to $10,000 to turn their QI idea into reality.
