A multidisciplinary team

Our team brings together people with experience across strategic communications, implementation, evaluation, research, knowledge mobilization, quality improvement, engagement, and operations.

Strategic communications

Translating complex ideas, evidence, and sector work into clear, accessible communications that inform, connect, and engage our audiences.

Quality improvement

Supporting organizations to strengthen services and improve outcomes. This work also helps us improve our own practices and stay accountable to our goals.

Implementation and evaluation

Helping partners plan, improve, and implement evidence-based practice. This work supports meaningful change and helps turn ideas into action.

Family and youth engagement

Supporting our sector partners to meaningfully engage young people and families in Ontario. This work also helps ensure young people and families help shape our own initiatives and decision-making.

Research and knowledge mobilization

Connecting research, practice, and policy to support informed decision-making, quality standards, and make information accessible, understandable, and useable for those who need it most.

Operations and administration

Supporting the planning, coordination, and day-to-day operations that help our work and strategic partnerships move forward.

Guided by diverse perspectives

Our advisory councils bring together young people, families, and sector leaders who help inform our work through lived and living expertise, professional expertise, and strategic insight.
