This resource will explore the influences and health consequences of alcohol. It will also provide intervention options for ways to adapt and manage alcohol use in a positive way. This resource was developed primarily for post-secondary students. 

Good 2 Talk/Allo J’écoute is a post-secondary helpline funded through Ministry of Training, Colleges, and Universities. It is a partnership among Kids Help Phone, ConnexOntario, Ontario 211 and the Knowledge Institute on Child and youth Mental Health and Addictions.
