The levels of care quality standard helps you build and improve levels of care models for children, young people and their caregivers. It features 10 core principles that guide how to offer the best possible levels of care within community-based child and youth mental health, substance use health and addictions services. The standard is flexible by design, so it can be tailored to fit each community’s needs and values. It also includes practical tools to help put the ideas into practice and measure progress.
